A chaotic couple of weeks
What a chaotic couple of weeks. It started with Smooth Radio in Birmingham which was great fun. Done very much on the lines of Desert Island Discs, with patches of interview interspersed with my chosen music! This was recorded on the Wednesday with the programme going out on Thursday at 6pm.
On Friday I had a visitation from BBC Coventry and Warwickshire Radio who interviewed and photographed me, and on Saturday 6th was the book signing at Waterstones in Stratford. This went very well despite appalling weather, and the staff were absolutely lovely. The only downside was that 6 hours was too long, and I also got a parking ticket for having a wheel slightly on a kerb!! Still, better luck next week at Waterstones in Solihull!
