Maurice to be on Smooth Radio

On Wednesday 3rd September Maurice has been invited to be the guest on the Nigel Williams 6@6 show on Smooth Radio (105.7) from 6 – 7pm. The one hour show features 6 tunes chosen from a long list by the guest, and the “star” is certainly showing his age by the choices:

• Everly Brothers - Wake up Little Susie
• Herman’s Hermits - There’s a Kind of Hush
• Buddy Holly - Peggy Sue
• The Kinks - Sunny Afternoon
• Roy Orbison - Pretty Woman
• Simon and Garfunkle - Homeward Bound

Oh well – Smooth Radio was Radio Saga so undoubtedly their audience will know the choices, and as their demographics are middle class, middle age. Middle England, they will have much in common with Ashthorpe Magna! It will also be a chance to promote the signing session at Waterstones in Stratford-upon-Avon.
